Return Policy
we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly.Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
* All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by dress4sale within four business days of receipt of order.
* You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
* Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don’t make it dirty or altered.
* No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
* For every refund/exchange,restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.
* Most dresses are Custom-Made as per buyer's Request.So,We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you.
